Shipping Policy

At Living Sanctuary Apparel & Decor, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shipping experience. This Shipping Policy provides details on our processing times, shipping options, and expected delivery times for orders shipped within Canada and the United States.

 

Processing Time

  • Small Orders: Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping.

  • Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to your chosen shipping method.

  • Print on demand products are shipped according to suppliers timeline and may vary from above information.

 

Shipping Options

For custom orders, we ship orders using Canada Post*, offering two options to meet your needs:

  1. Regular Shipping

  2. Expedited Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping option. Please note that Canada Post’s rates and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and the weight of your order.

For print on demand products, shipping is in accordance with the supplier and varies by product.

*Due to recent unpredictability with strikes, other carriers may be used. Shipping times will be communicated accordingly.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Within Canada

  • Regular Shipping: 3-9 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days after processing

United States

  • Regular Shipping: 5-12 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing

 

Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and are subject to change based on their policies and any external factors affecting shipping services.

Furthermore, print on demand products are subject to the production timeline of the supplier and varies by product.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment directly through the carriers website.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within Canada and the United States. For any specific requests regarding international shipping, please contact us directly at info@livingsanctuaryad.com.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for U.S. Orders)

For orders shipped to the United States, customs or import taxes may* apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by Living Sanctuary Apparel & Decor. Customs processes may also delay delivery times beyond our control.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in these cases.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We aim to ensure all orders reach you in excellent condition. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us at info@livingsanctuaryad.com with your order details. We will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
