At Living Sanctuary Apparel & Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will guide you through the process and ensure that your issue is resolved promptly.

RETURNS

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Some items, like personalized or final sale products, are not eligible for return. For exchanges due to defective or damaged items, please contact us directly.

  • 📦 What are Monthly Faith Drops?
    Monthly Faith Drops are limited-time, faith-inspired product releases available once a month. Each drop is curated with intention to encourage and uplift your walk with God—whether through apparel, accessories, or gifts. Once they’re gone, they may not return for a while!
  • 🕰 When do the Faith Drops launch?
    Faith Drop launches will happen once a month, unless otherwise stated. Follow us on Instagram @ glowing.in.faith & @livingsanctuary_ad or join our email list to be the first to know!
  • 👕 How do I order?
    Fill out the order form with all product details (size, color, style, personalization). Once you receive order total by email, send your payment via e-transfer to: info@livingsanctuaryad.com You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is submitted.
  • 💸 Do you accept other forms of payment?
    In special circumstances, if e-transfer is not an option, cash will be accepted upon delivery, if local. We hope to offer more payment options in the future.
  • ⏳ How long does it take to receive my order?
    Since each item is made-to-order, please allow 7–10 business days - after pre-order sales close - for production before shipping or pickup/delivery.
  • 📍 Do you offer local pickup?
    Yes! Local pickup is available in Milton/GTA area. Details will be arranged during order confirmation.
  • 💬 Can I customize my order?
    Absolutely! Many of our products are customizable—just let us know the name, word, or verse you'd like in the "Order Details" section of the form.
  • 🛍 Will you restock previous Faith Drop items?
    Some staples will become permanent products in the future. Monthly Faith Drops, however, are limited edition, so once they’re sold out, they may not return.
  • 🌍 What is the Persecuted Church?
    The persecuted church refers to Christians around the world who face mistreatment, oppression, or violence simply because of their faith in Jesus Christ. In many countries, believers are forced to worship in secret, are denied basic rights, or face imprisonment, torture, or even death for following Jesus. Persecution can look different depending on the region. It may involve: Government restrictions on worship or owning a Bible Social rejection or family abandonment Violent attacks on churches or believers Imprisonment or execution for sharing the Gospel Despite the danger, these believers continue to follow Christ with boldness and deep faith. On our Persecuted Church page, we share ways to pray, give, and stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters around the world. “If one part suffers, every part suffers with it…” – 1 Corinthians 12:26
  • 💰 How do purchases support the persecuted church?
    We are committed to giving back in a meaningful way. 15% of all net profits from every purchase go directly toward trusted organizations that support persecuted Christians around the world. This includes: Providing Bibles and discipleship materials Offering emergency aid (food, shelter, medical care) Supporting families of imprisoned or martyred believers Helping rebuild churches destroyed due to persecution When you shop with us, you're not just receiving a faith-inspired product—you’re sowing into the global body of Christ and helping strengthen believers who risk everything to follow Jesus. Every item you purchase is a seed of hope in the life of someone who needs it most.

    Each Faith Drop will be released in conjunction with a Spirit-led devotional written to strengthen your faith, help you spend time with The Word, and remind you of the promises of God. New posts may be added from time to time— so be sure to join our email list to stay updated!
