Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products or final sale items, are not eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for details on return eligibility.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@livingsanctuaryad.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will provide further instructions for your return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable, and the original shipping charges (if any) will not be included in the refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund:

Exchanges

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not granted for:

Late or Missing Refunds
